This urban design project, led by Yi Wang and the Vanpin Urban Design Team, takes into account the city's regulations and planning limitations. Through extensive research and analysis, the team has developed a comprehensive plan that optimizes the industrial layout and supports the improvement of the park's quality.

What sets this design apart is its integration of urban planning techniques and the careful consideration of the surrounding environment. By combining the client's requirements with the local conditions, the design team has created a unique and functional industrial park.

The project faced challenges due to the complex regulations and the conditions of the land. However, through meticulous research and a thorough understanding of the Nanjing city urban planning regulations and Jiangsu provincial urban planning regulations, the team was able to overcome these obstacles and develop a viable plan.

The Nanjing Hi-tech Zone Industrial Park design was realized over the course of one year in Nanjing, Jiangsu. The team conducted extensive research, including land research, project research, and traffic research, using both official data sources and their own field investigations.

This outstanding design was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the City Planning and Urban Design category in 2020. The award acknowledges the design's practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements.
